Track boxes of documents:

Just by scanning a box barcode you track the Box, the Customer, the Location, the Date, the Time, and Who moved the box.

Move boxes inside the warehouse by scanning location barcodes. Even if you move the wrong box the computer keeps track of the box location. Never lose a box.

Use Employee barcodes to know who moved a box, where it was moved, and when.

Automatically record arrival time and departure time. As boxes are scanned in and out of the warehouse, the exact date and time for each barcode scan comes from a quartz clock built into the barcode scanner.

Print Box Labels

Pre-Print Box Labels For Customer
