What about technical support after 3 weeks?

We provide FREE support by phone, FAX or email for 3 weeks after you purchase Job Tracker. This is more than enough to get it installed and to learn how to use it.

If you want additional support you can purchase it. Please see the price list at the bottom of the "home" page for current pricing.

What about future upgrades ?

When we deliver a new version you can upgrade for a fee.

Do I need any other software - such as - Microsoft Access?

No, we provide everything you need on the CD-Rom and one floppy disk.

Is there any charge for additional "users"?

No. You can install this software so that 125 users can share a central database and there is no extra charge.

How many users can log in and operate the software ?

125 - A "user" is a manager with a password who can access the data and change it. 

Was Job Tracker developed by another company?

No. Job Tracker has been solely developed by Computer Directions, LLC and have only been sold by Computer Directions, LLC. It is not based on any previous software by any other company.
