Use low cost, off-the-shelf, standard laser printer labels. Avery 5160, 5260, 5520 or equivalent.

These labels are 3 across and 10 down - 30 labels per page. 

The labels are 1 inch high and 2 5/8 inches across.

Using Avery 5520 labels, you can print polyester labels using your laser printer.
